What the website and chat assistant can and cannot promise, including how the décor images should be read.
1. Décor images are illustrations
Images labelled “illustrative décor” are concepts created from photos of the real centre to show what the space can become. The building is real; styling, flowers, lighting and furniture shown depend on the suppliers and package you choose and are not included unless stated in your Booking Confirmation.
2. Information on this website
Capacity, parking and facility details are approximate and depend on layout and event plans. We keep the website accurate, but your Booking Confirmation is the only binding statement of what you have booked.
3. The chat assistant
The website chat assistant gives quick answers to common questions from a fixed set of information. It cannot confirm prices, availability or bookings, and its answers are not an offer or a contract. For anything specific it connects you to our team on WhatsApp.
4. Links to other sites
Links and embedded services (such as Cal.com, Google Maps and WhatsApp) are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
