Venue Rules & Guest Conduct

1. Timings

Events run within the hours in the Booking Confirmation and end no later than midnight unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Music must stop and guests begin leaving at the agreed end time.

2. Safety rules

• No smoking, open flames, sparklers, fireworks or pyrotechnics inside the marquee. Candles only in enclosed holders approved in advance.
• Keep fire exits, walkways and emergency routes clear at all times.
• Do not exceed the guest numbers in your Booking Confirmation.
• No weapons, illegal substances or dangerous items on the premises.

3. Decorations

• No nails, screws, staples, glue or tape that leaves marks on the marquee frame, walls, glass or floor. Use free-standing décor or approved fixings.
• No confetti cannons, glitter or loose petals outdoors without prior agreement (a cleaning charge may apply).
• Heavy structures, stages and rigging must be agreed in advance.

4. Behaviour

Treat staff, suppliers, neighbours and other guests with respect. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Drivers must follow the car-park marshals and park only in marked areas.

5. If the rules are broken

Our staff may ask a person to leave, stop an activity, or in serious cases stop the event. Costs of damage or extra cleaning are deducted from the caution fee or charged to the Client.
