1. Security

The Venue has controlled access and event security arrangements. Security staff may check vehicles and bags on entry and may refuse entry to anyone who presents a risk. Large or high-profile events may require extra security, agreed in advance.

2. Emergencies

Fire exits and assembly points are signposted and explained at your pre-event walkthrough. In an emergency, follow staff instructions and move calmly to the nearest exit. First-aid support is available on site; tell any staff member if someone is unwell.

3. Power

The Venue has dedicated generator-backed power for the agreed event period. Only approved equipment may be connected, and only by or with the agreement of our team.

4. Weather

The marquee is a covered structure. In severe weather we may pause outdoor activities or ask guests to move indoors or away from structures for their safety.

5. CCTV

CCTV operates in parts of the Venue for safety and security. Footage is handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Lost property

Items found are kept for 30 days. Contact us with a description and we will help you recover them.
